• Sept. 2023: After a three-year community visioning and OCP update initiative, which included extensive public consultation, Council adopted the updated OCP. The updated OCP sets growth objectives for the community and identifies how more than 12,000 new residents will be welcomed and accommodated within the next 20 years. Learn more about the OCP.

Later this fall, we will be seeking feedback from stakeholders and the public on the Draft Transportation Master Plan (TMP). Your insights are key to ensuring that the plan reflects our community’s needs and goals for the future.

Key dates

• Fall 2024: Draft TMP is shared for feedback

TMP Phase 1 Consultation Complete

Thank you to everyone who participated in Phase 1 of the TMP and contributed their thoughts, ideas and feedback about transportation in West Kelowna. Results of what we heard from the community were shared with Council at their regular Council meeting on April 5, 2022.
