Learn more about the OCP

The OCP proposed Growth Concept and Proposed Future Land Use Plan create a starting point for how and where West Kelowna will focus growth. Focusing growth in key areas will help ensure more people live close to work and services, reducing the need to drive and decreasing congestion and greenhouse gas emissions. Focusing growth also makes it easier to provide more transportation choices, such as improved transit, sidewalks and bike routes. The Growth Concept provides important context for thinking about transportation in West Kelowna over the next 20 years.
