Drive the conversation on transit improvements in West Kelowna
The feedback opportunity for the West Kelowna Transit Survey is now closed. Thank you to everyone in our community who participated. Stay tuned for the engagement summary report later this year.
About
In collaboration with BC Transit, the City of West Kelowna is working to provide reliable, efficient, and more accessible transit services to meet the needs of our growing community. We are reaching out to both current transit riders and potential future users to understand your needs, challenges, and suggestions.
What’s happening
The West Kelowna Transit Survey aims to collect detailed information from both current transit users and non-users to better understand their experiences, needs, and preferences. The survey results will guide data-driven decisions to improve the public transit system based on user demand, safety and accessibility, and overall satisfaction.
From Feb. 3 - 17, this community consultation is part of a broader initiative to address community needs and enhance transportation options, with an emphasis on accessibility, safety, and convenience. It also seeks input on routing, service levels, and proposed system upgrades.
