I believe that church services were held in the community centre while the church was being built. This would have been in the late 1970’s or early 80’s.

Pre-natal fitness classes

Over 14 years ago, I attended pre-natal fitness classes at MBCC. It was an incredible experience and opportunity to meet soon-to-be new moms. During the class, the wonderful instructor played a CD - World Baby Peaceful Celtic Lullabies. The first tune, Skye Boat Song, became my favourite. I immediately added my own words to the tune and have been singing this song to my son for 14 years. It lulled him to sleep many times over the years.
