We want to hear from you
The City of West Kelowna is developing its first Community Safety & Well-Being Plan to make our city safer, more inclusive, and supportive for everyone.
We want to hear from you! Share your experiences, ideas, and priorities to help guide short-term actions and long-term improvements in safety and community well-being.
The survey takes about 10–15 minutes to complete and is open from Oct. 9 to Nov. 21, 2025.
Your input is important and it will help shape a strategy that reflects the needs and hopes of all West Kelowna residents.
Background
- The City of West Kelowna has engaged a third-party consulting firm, Dharmarketing Strategic Social Impact, to gather public perspectives and understand the needs for community safety and well-being across West Kelowna. Your feedback will inform the development of the City of West Kelowna’s Community Safety and Well-Being Plan.
- Confidentiality and Data Usage: All responses are anonymous and confidential, and the information you provide will be stored securely by the consultant to inform the report. Individual responses will not be shared. By participating in this survey, you consent to the use of your responses as described.
- The personal information is collected pursuant to section 26 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act For the purpose of “the development of the Community Safety & Well-being Plan”. Any questions regarding this collection are to be directed to the Privacy Head at 778-797-2250.
