The first phase of the West Kelowna OCP Renewal was the creation of a visioning document titled #OurWK.(External link) It sets the vision for the future of West Kelowna. It is supported by five foundations, which provide a balanced grounding for the vision:

  • Our people
  • Our connectivity
  • Our adaptability
  • Our prosperity
  • Our places 


Each of these foundations has several key directions that will help the community make visible and sustained progress.
